With a Master of Speech Language Pathology from the University of Sydney, Kirushna has a strong background in supporting neurodivergent clients and their families.
Her work is grounded in a strength-based, client-centred approach that recognises each individual’s capabilities and lived experience. Kirushna is fluent in Tamil language. She values culturally responsive practice and strives to ensure families feel understood, respected and empowered throughout the therapy process.
When she is not in therapy, you might find her at Taekwondo gym, dance classes, playing chess and travelling the world.

Meet Prenitha, the heart behind Learn and Lead, providing expert mobile pathology for children in the Inner West (Balmain, Drummoyne, Croydon, Burwood) and Western Sydney (Strathfield, Westmead, Parramatta, Seven Hills, Quakers Hills, Castle Hill). With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Speech Pathology from the University of Sydney, Prenitha brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her work.
Prenitha specialises in paediatric speech therapy, offering personalised care to each child she works with. Her extensive experience in addressing communication challenges ensures that every child receives the highest standard of speech therapy. Prenitha's dedication to her field is evident in her compassionate, holistic approach and her commitment to helping children achieve their full potential.
Satya Lawless

With a Master of Speech Pathology from Griffith University, Satya loves supporting children of all ages to work on their speech sounds, language development, and social communication, ensuring every session is engaging and fun.
Her goal? To support each child to express themselves with confidence, connect with others, and participate fully in everyday life.
When she’s not in therapy, you might find her getting creative with painting or drawing or challenging herself at a local climbing gym!
